Fort Cady Project
American Pacific Borate & Lithium Ltd (“APBL” or “the Company”) is developing the Fort Cady borate-lithium project (the “Project”) situated in the Barstow Trough of the central Mojave, located in the southeastern desert region of San Bernardino County, California. The Project is located near the town of Newberry Springs, approximately 50km east of the city of Barstow and 4km south of Interstate 40 (I-40) and the BNSF rail line. The Project area occurs approximately half way between Los Angeles (California) and Las Vegas (Nevada) around 200km from both cities. A hectorite clay mine, which is one the largest employers in the area, is directly adjacent to the Project.
