The New Zealand Dollar is the legal currency of New Zealand. It is commonly referred to as the ‘Kiwi’. The currency is used in the Realm of New Zealand (including New Zealand proper and the territories of the Cook Islands, Niue, the Ross Dependency, and Tokelau). It is also legal tender in the Pitcairn Islands. It is divided into 100 cents and its futures contract symbol is 6N.
