Commercial Lending

What is Commercial Lending?

Commercial loans may be used to fund large capital expenditures or a project that a business may otherwise be unable to afford due to the size of the loan required.

Commercial Lending is debt-based funding that business can structure with a lender (usually a bank) in anticipation of profit being generated from the project for which the lending was approved. High rise developments are a good example of this. Sales can be made off the plan but are mainly completed after the physical product is completed. The loan is repaid after the sales have been made.

Why be involved in Commercial Lending?

Commercial Loans are the most common way to raise money for any large business venture.
